Autonomous Intelligence for Knowledge-Intensive Processes. Designed, Built, and Operated by Our Team.

When a business process requires judgment, context, and the ability to handle exceptions, simple automation falls short. We design and deploy multi-agent AI systems that handle the complexity your teams deal with every day, so they can focus on the work that truly requires human expertise.

What sets AI agents apart from traditional automation

Human-in-the-loop by design

When confidence is low, the system automatically escalates to your domain experts, with full context and suggested actions. You stay in control. The AI handles volume; your people handle judgment calls. This is not a limitation. Executive trust in fully autonomous agents fell from 43% to 22% → between 2024 and 2025 (Capgemini), because production experience taught organizations that human oversight produces better outcomes. The most advanced enterprises are moving toward human-on-the-loop models, where agents execute and humans monitor, rather than removing humans entirely.

The market reality in 2026

Enterprise multi-agent AI has crossed from pilot to production, but the gap between ambition and execution is stark. Multi-agent workflows grew over 300% as organizations moved from experimentation to deployment (Databricks, January 2026). The autonomous AI agent market is forecast to reach US$8.5 billion in 2026 and US$35 billion by 2030 (Deloitte TMT Predictions).

Yet only 11% of enterprises have agentic AI in production (Deloitte, ~550 US leaders surveyed). Just 2% have deployed agents at full scale (Capgemini). The bottleneck is not the technology. It is governance, security, and process discipline. 75% of companies plan to deploy agentic AI within two years, but only 21% report mature governance frameworks to support it.

As Dell's Global CTO John Roese put it: "AI is a process improvement technology, so if you don't have solid processes, you should not proceed."

This is exactly where consulting-led implementation outperforms DIY. Deloitte found that pilots built through strategic partnerships are twice as likely to reach full deployment compared to those built in isolation.

Where we deploy AI agents

Success stories

  • Cargologic AG: 85% automation rate for freight documents, freeing staff from hours of daily manual processing
  • Assekuranzservice AG: 70% faster initial claims processing with a multi-agent system that routes, validates, and decides
  • VSB Group: 80% time savings in document processing across energy sector operations

The governance gap is the real risk

Enterprises are spending aggressively. KPMG reports $124M in projected AI deployment per organization (Q4 2025 survey of 130 US C-suite leaders at $1B+ companies). But over 40% of agentic AI projects could be cancelled by 2027 due to cost, complexity, or risk (Gartner, cited by Deloitte).

The barriers are clear and rising. 80% of C-suite leaders cite cybersecurity as the greatest obstacle to AI strategy (up from 68% at the start of 2025). Data privacy concerns rose from 53% to 77%. Data quality concerns nearly doubled, from 37% to 65%. Half of executives plan $10M to $50M in cybersecurity investment specifically to secure agentic architectures.

Meanwhile, EU AI Act requirements for risk assessment, transparency, technical safeguards, and human oversight apply directly to multi-agent systems. Building compliance into agent architectures from day one is not optional. It is a regulatory obligation.

KPMG's Steve Chase summarized the shift: "The topline adoption number undersells what's actually happening among leaders. They're not pulling back, they're professionalizing their agents and agent systems."

Why work with us

  • We're consultants who build software, not a software company that consults. We understand your business problem first, then engineer the right solution, using our proprietary technology and our own engineering team. Dell created an architectural review board to prevent ungoverned AI proliferation. We bring that same discipline to every engagement.
  • On-premise or cloud, your choice. We deploy where your data governance requires, with full control remaining in your hands. When 64% of leaders have already altered entry-level hiring due to AI agents (KPMG), getting the deployment model right from the start matters.
  • One team, end to end. Strategy, architecture, implementation, training, and ongoing optimization, all from the same people who understand your business.
  • ISO 27001 certified. Enterprise-grade security is not an add-on. It is how we operate.
