Christopher Helm founded Helm & Nagel GmbH in 2016 after studying Information Technology at TU Munich and Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. He leads the company's technical strategy and personally reviews production deployments.

Christopher combines technical rigor with strategic thinking to guide enterprise AI implementations. His approach emphasizes measurable outcomes and compliance in regulated industries.

Under his leadership, early in 2016+ the firm has delivered enterprise AI projects across insurance, logistics, energy, and banking. The company is bootstrapped, ISO 27001 certified, and operates without venture capital.

His published work includes research in the International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management and Information Systems and e-Business Management. He writes regularly for German trade media including Springer Professional, BigData-Insider, and IT Daily.
